Powercom develops innovative solutions emerging as a new facet of power industry. It incorporates numerous advanced technologies to deal issues prevailing with conventional electric networks, capable to resolve many issues such as energy theft and ensure grid stability.
Smart Ultrasonic Water Meter

PowerCom presents a range of domestic ultrasonic smart water meters offering exceptional accuracy. The meters incorporate two-way remote communications, as well as a digital display and valve (allowing remote cut-off for prepaid compliant with STS) all integrated and waterproof in a single box.
Using meter communication, the system performs water loss analysis on the distribution network, identifying leaks and pipe breaks.
No moving parts combined with a unique algorithm enables meter deployment which results in low minimum flow (1 L/h) bi-directional water flow measurement, low pressure drop and is unaffected by sand, small debris or turbulence as well as eliminates air measurement to ensure accurate billing.

Smart Prepaid Water Meter (Multi-Jet or Volumetric)

PowerCom’s smart water meters showcase advanced features, including two-way remote communications, an LCD display, and an integrated valve for seamless prepaid cutoff—all encased in a single waterproof box. The convenience extends to easily replaceable batteries, ensuring swift replacements without data loss. Moreover, the incorporated ball valve supports prepayment, adhering to STS compliance standards.

Data Concentrator Unit (DCU)
The DCU offers full system flexibility as it is based on a standard PC computer with additional communications and built in redundancy. The DCU acts as an intelligent gateway between meters and the control center.
The unit is responsible for data acquisition, processing, storage and data logging between the meters and the remote-control server.
Customer Interface Unit (CIU)
The CIU enables customers to communicate with their meters, providing consumption information. Additionally, it empowers customers to conveniently recharge their STS tokens directly to the meter. The CIU operates on both AC power and dry battery power, featuring a touchable keypad for easy token input.
